Sharon Darel

Background and Experience

Ms. Darel joined the Law Offices of Adrienne D. Cohen in September 2025. Ms. Darel earned her Juris Doctor and LL.M. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, where Ms. Darel focused on business transactions. While attending University of San Francisco, School of Law, Ms. Darel served as President of the Jewish Law Association. She worked in the mediation clinic where she worked directly with clients and gained valuable court experience. Ms. Darel was honored with the Andersen Tax award for her academic contributions to the LL.M. program.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Darel worked at a big-four accounting firm for many years, reviewing contracts, purchase agreements and various business documents related to due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions. Her practice includes insurance coverage, construction defect, personal injury and business litigation.
