Background and Experience

Mr. Spaulding is a Southern California native who attended Azusa Pacific University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in International Relations and Pre-Law, where he was on the Dean’s Honor List for three straight years and served as President of the Pre-Law Society. His passion for the law drove him to pursue his Juris Doctorate at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, where he graduated in 2024. During his tenure in law school, Mr. Spaulding worked at several firms, including Manly, Stewart, & Finaldi, where his interest in litigation grew. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Spaulding also worked in both Chapman Law’s Entertainment Law Clinic and Mediation Clinic where he worked directly with clients and gained valuable in-court experience. Mr. Spaulding also served as secretary of Chapman Law’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Filipino American Lawyers of Orange County, the California Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association.

Mr. Spaulding joined the Law Offices of Adrienne D. Cohen as a post-bar law clerk in September 2024, and was promoted to associate in December 2024. His practice includes insurance coverage and defense, construction defect, and personal injury.
