Background and Experience

Mr. Beckwith joined the Law Offices of Adrienne D. Cohen as an associate in February 2022. Mr. Beckwith received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2015 where he focused on civil litigation and intellectual property.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Beckwith worked in-house in the apparel industry for many years, which exposed him to a broad range of matters, including general business, corporate, employment, and intellectual property. In addition, he was co-counsel on the appellate briefs for the prevailing party in Iancu v. Brunetti, decided in 2019 at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Beckwith graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a B.A. in English as well as a minor in Art History where he was on the Dean’s Honor List.

His practice includes insurance coverage and defense, construction defect litigation and business litigation.
