Background and Experience

Caroline Fawley began her career in litigation as an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Adrienne D. Cohen and recently returned to the firm after a few years at a San Francisco-based law firm where she was a partner focused on personal injury auto, construction defect and asbestos litigation. Caroline returns to the Law Offices of Adrienne D. Cohen to deliver what has always been her passion—providing clients and carriers with effective and efficient representation. She brings with her over a decade of experience defending individuals and small businesses in a wide-range of matters, from trucking to products liability to construction defect.

Caroline is a 2008 graduate of UCLA and a 2013 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. While attending Washington University School of Law, Ms. Fawley served as an extern with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel in both the St. Louis and San Francisco regional offices. She also completed a clerkship with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she researched and drafted opinions for four administrative law judges. During law school, Ms. Fawley participated in the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition and volunteered as a mediator for the 22nd Circuit Court in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduation, Ms. Fawley worked for three years at a San Francisco Bay Area commercial real estate investment firm and was a 2016 graduate of NAIOP SF’s Young Professionals Group.
